Questions we get asked all the time

Here are a few answers to our most common questions

Easy! You can either decide you’re going to do a 20 minute video once a week, and we can repurpose that… or, book a call with our team and we’ll interview you. You can even determine the questions we ask, or we’ll come up with our own.

There’s no reason you can’t get some content on the board – after all, without content, how are clients supposed to know what you do?

About 30 minutes for onboarding and then about 5 minutes a month. We told you, we’re serious about saving you time!

Loads of things! Your book, your podcast, any interviews you’ve done, long blog posts, videos, live videos you do on Facebook or Instagram or anywhere really… and what better way to start creating content if you haven’t been? 

Absolutely! As long as they understand what we do. We’d rather have them in from the beginning so we are all on the same page – but yes, we can add their email to the process and work with them no problem.

We have a 3 month agreement and then we go month to month after that. This is because it takes some time to get set up and get a feel for your brand – and also, it’s kind of weird for your audience if you only post a whole bunch of awesome content and then stop after 30 days. Right?

However, if you’re really unhappy with what we’ve done, we aren’t going to force you to stay against your will.

You do need to give us 30 days notice to end the service, at any time.

While we usually market to coaches and consultants, this process works for any business where you’re trying to promote SOMEONE. It won’t work for a gym, an ecommerce store,  a pharmacy or a felt tip pen company. The idea here is to get your audience to hear your voice and see your face every day, so that they trust you, like you and buy from you. While we COULD make this work for other types of businesses, we just want to stick with what we know works, which is:
Personal brands
Coaches
Lawyers, personal trainers, specialists  (and other things that are run by one person and not a business)
Copywriters
Marketers
Course creators
Consultants
Etc

Firstly, you do still have to create videos. We recommend doing one video per week or a longer interview style 1-2 per month.

Or of course you could batch your videos, totally cool.

We are posting for you, and getting brand awareness, some engagement, and making sure you show up for your audience – you still need to show up with some personal stories and promote anything you want to promote.

What we’re doing is making sure you show up consistently. This way, you don’t need to worry about that and you can focus on having conversations, engaging, promoting and connecting with potential leads.

So you’re not TOTALLY off the hook – but you are going to show up consistently, even if you’re on holiday or working hard on a sales page, or working on delivering your product . Which we think is pretty cool!

Great question. The content is always yours, we do not own it. Although we do reserve the right to use the pieces we make to promote our service, every piece we create is yours.

We can do that for sure – we have a different offer called the Social Content System which is a monthly membership. You can put your team into it and in less than 30 days they’ll know how to chop things up just like we do.

We require anywhere between 1-2 hours of content per month, in a max of 4 pieces. (Please don’t send a year of random content to us and ask us to pick the best stuff. This is not cool.) If you need help deciding what to send, we have a handy guide all our clients get when they sign up. 

We can post to Facebook business pages, Facebook groups, Instagram grid (not carousel posts) LinkedIn, Twitter,  Pinterest and we can set the system up to send you an email with a reminder to post on your personal FB profile, so you can just copy and paste.

Starter packages can post to 1-2 places and Rocketship packages up to 4. 

Lots of people look at our service and get a bit freaked out because they feel like they’re not ready “yet.”

When we talk to them 6 months later they’re still in the same place they were before. No strategy, no content, still waiting on leads to fall from the sky.

We’ve now built this into the service, for anyone who wants to get the most out of their content we have training videos and resources showing you how to strategize for your new content.
